Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed as a shipping destination on the website please contact us for a shipping quote.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

A list of card companies we accept can be seen under the additional information tab on the Terms & Conditions Page.

We can also accept Bank Transfer, Cheque and PayPal upon request. Please contact us if you’d prefer to pay using of of these alternative methods.

Why don't you accept PayPal as standard?

PayPal is a wonderful gateway to use and is trusted by many, however their fees for using cost considerable more than SumUp. 

By refraining from using PayPal we are able to keep our costs lower.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we can set up payment plans for you using PayPal invoicing. For more information please visit the T&C’s page.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we love a challenge! If you contact us we can discuss your ideas and prices and go from there. 

Can you do a different colour/shape to what's on the website?

There’s no straightforward answer to this question. It depends entirely on what it is you want. 

For example:

  • If you wanted a darker shade of colour or a generic shape like heart then its highly likely we can do this. 
  • If you wanted a custom colour using a hex code this could be possible using a printing adhesive.
  • If you wanted a ceramic decoration that was the shape of your great aunt’s favourite slipper then that would be very unlikely as we’d have to order over 10,000 units for the one you want.
Do you combine shipping costs?

Yes we will combine shipping costs when possible.

Occasionally we will undercharge which becomes our loss.

If we ever were to overcharge on Postage and Packaging we would issue a partial refund for the over payment.

Do you make items for the 21st Century Family?

Yes! We are proud to cater for all family dynamics.

We understand lots of families have different Surnames and we wanted a way to help include all family members.

If in your home you are a 2 surname family (as in different names)
e.g Davies and Williams.
We would create it with a hyphen.
e.g The Davies-Williams Family

There are times when this might not work on a specific product due to name lengths however if you contact us we will work with you to bring a suitable product that works for your home and family.

What's your processing times?

Our processing times vary depending on current orders and the time of year. 

Products which are made to order are usually made and dispatched within 7 days. 

Please note 7 days is for dispatch, on top of this would include carrier times for the chosen delivery company.

If you have a deadline for when you need the product in your hand please contact us BEFORE you purchase to ensure we can meet your needs.
